      All but 2 of the packages were Seeping ointment. I couldn’t send them to the military because of being open. All packets were in the shipping bag individually and not in a box as was pictured on eBay.

      Buyer initially claimed only 2 items were damaged in shipping but refused to provide proof as I ship items fully insured against damage. I offer free returns, buyer refused to return items for a full refund because she used them already but demanded full refund or threatened to leave negative feedback. As stated in the description,to reduce shipping costs to my buyers, I regularly do not ship in the too large product box but option is available. I reward HONEST and loyal buyers!
