I contacted the seller several times. The item arrived damaged because it was not packaged well. The box was completely wet and the items inside were not even put in a plastic bag to protect them. Because of that half of my order had to be thrown out and the seller said that I should go to my post office to complain and did not want to take any responsibility even though I sent her a picture of the soaked box. Obviously taping it with clear packing tape was not enough. I am VERY disappointed.
