I sent a message to the seller requesting faster shipping (if possible) due to the purchase being a gift for a birthday on 09AUG: to which I did not receive any response. I finally received the item on 16AUG—two days after the window. At a minimum, I expected some sort of communication. Additionally, there was an item inside the box of which I did not purchase—a dirty stuffed animal.
