Very pleased; clean ink tanks and interior, no exterior marks, new set of Epson ink. Excellent print quality (was sceptical about photo prints as several reviews say the colours aren’t true - not as far as I’m concerned; it’s every bit as good, if not better, that my previous HP and Canon). Paid less than many/most sellers are asking and got 12 months manufacturers warranty too!

As someone else mentioned, take a pic of the password inside the ink tanks first because you need it to setup while the ink tanks initialise! It was as described, a brand new printer with everything included. Works perfectly and for much cheaper than retail. One thing I will say is UPS is the worst delivery company in the UK hands down, the amount I saved almost wasn’t worth the hassle I went through with them.
