Great Work Out
This is a great DVD for people who want to have a fun work out, the dance routines are easy to follow and set out so you learn each part in turn before you put them all together. It has been designed so each routine works a different part of your body, if you run through the whole DVD which i do every time i put it on you are absolutely knackered at the end of it but you feel like you have really achieved something and the results show in no time. Each routine is just the right length of time so you dont have to keep stopping and starting which is really annoying when you are doing dance routines as you have to jump back into it. The fab abs routine is great as well, its only short but you really feel it working. All in all a brill Work out for anyone who wants something a bit ... I found the routines easy to follow and highly entertaining.Great value for money.I bought the dvd to keep my fitness level up and keep my salsa steps fresh as i've just finished a course of lessons

I bought this DVD to get some exercise, shed a few pounds along with a low fat diet. I must say that I really like it. It took a while to master the steps but that stops it getting repetitive too quickly. The guy with her is soooo Cheesey, but that makes it funny as well!

Tracy Shaw - Salsacise (DVD 2001)
As Tracey says in the intro - the routines on this DVD are fun to do. The choreography and cueing is excellent and the music is great. Michael Betts really is a superb instructor and the dance moves are just simple enough that you are able to concentrate on putting energy into the moves without getting too confused about what comes next. The humour and chemistry between the two is great too.
