Good quality sound
This is a brilliant CD player, the sound quality is very good with no hissing. The 60 second anti shock is good. Love the volume control wheel, some CD players you have to press a button for the sound volume, which always comes on high and you have to turn it down. With this model you can set the volume control and it stays the same for each use. No high volume shocks. Only downfall is I would have liked it with a mains adapter power supply, which it doesn't come with, and no reference where to purchase a comparable one. Nice item to use over short periods of time. Disappointed at how quickly the batteries run out & the headphones are rubbish & cut out mid play for no apparent reason. The CD player itself is great & compact with easy to use buttons. A product of two halves.

This product is easy to use, with the exception that I cannot find how to stop a cd and then restart it the next day where I had stopped it it in order to follow on,which is awkward when I am using for an audio book. Ok for short stories which are completed in one sitting. Otherwise sound clarity and volume controls good and earphones are comfortable. The player is light and fits into a pocket when walking around the house whilst in use. I was very disappointed with the item when I received it. The sound quality was very poor to say the least. When you looked at the item it looked cheap, cheap for the price paid that is. I found another draw back with the item was it was battery powered only. There was no provision for an external power supply.

The CD players and controls work well and at this price range you do not expect a robust case. The plastic although flimsy is adequate. Controls work well and easy to use. Sound is a bit tinny but ok.
