    A brilliant Laptop.

    This is a great replacement for the Toshiba Laptop that I had. I find it very quick even though I don't have fibre. It has a lovely clear display and I find it easy on the eye to look at. The battery life is around 3 to 4 hours which is enough for me. I fully recommend this Laptop to anyone wanting a reasonably priced machine.

    it not a good laptop to upgrade

    it not a good laptop if you wish to update the ram (memory ) then for get it as there no way of doing this as the motherboard has no slots at all. if you looking for a laptop that will grow with you then this is not the one for you

    Great value

    The only obvious signs that the laptop was not brand new was a feint 3 inch scratch on the outside of the lid. Inside looks new. Be aware that it does take some time to perform all the software updates that are necessary to bring it up to all the latest releases. It took me about 5 or 6 hours to complete the setup but it will probably be the same for brand new items as the Windows software is always being updated. Once set up the laptop has performed brilliantly for the simple use for which I bought it ie. internet browsing, internet banking, on-line shopping, emails, word processing, excel spreadsheets and the storage of photos which I copied across from my old laptop via an external storage device. I've bought refurbished items before (eg. a digital SLR camera) and so far I've not been ...

    Do not purchase...☹️

    Very poor built quality Such a slow processor takes 5 minutes switching the laptop on. Bad speakers Even for simple tasks such as web browsing it is too slow. Open a few tabs and it will most likely crash.

    Broken keyboard

    Didn't get much use from the laptop..i purchased 8th November. Received it a few days later! set it up and wrapped it ready for my sons birthday on the 22nd dec. Son only managed to play with it for about 20mins then the keyboard stopped working..
