Brilliant company. These are the sort of people you got in the old days who work on trust and honesty. The product I ordered was wrong (not their fault) and then when it was replaced there was an error which meant I got 3 instead of 1 but after a conversation it was very quickly sorted and the original item refunded, and I returned the rest.
