Cannot say if it was sitting in a mining rig or in a gaming pc so I hope the best and maybe replace the thermal paste as a preventive measure. However ITX Cards with Radeon, especially rx660xt are hard to get so you have to grab when you see one. Delivery was exceptionally fast with FedEx and arrived within less than a week from China in Thailand.
