Fast delivery and items were as described, but I found them fairly uncomfortable. There is a large bulge which rises under the arch of the foot which digs into the foot and makes walking uncomfortable. Not as bad as insoles with rigid parts, but certainly not usable for long distance walking. I've binned these ones as they aren't usable for me, but may well be fine for other buyers. Delivery was fast and items were well packaged. No issue with the seller, just let down by the product itself.
