Contacted the company to request shipping not by DX and they advised this wasn't possible. Arranged for the item to be delivered to an alternative address, and they shipped via parcel force anyway! I could have Had this delivered to home, but now I have to drive 25 miles to collect. Would be much better service if they understood English!

Hello, may I ask if you misunderstood? I searched my email records and couldn't find your message or communication records. In addition, the esmax parcel carrier we deliver is Parcelforce, not DX.
