Waited nearly 2 weeks for item to be delivered, never turned up! Despite seller claiming that they are investigating, nothing was done. I was sent a screenshot by the seller which was apparently meant to prove that the issue is being investigated, however there was no reference to my order on that! Seller refused to offer a refund, stopped communicating and hid behind ebay who kindly had to step in and issue a refund.
