The parcel was despatched on ontime but no tracking updates. I contacted seller who looked into it. Parcel delivered was the wrong item. I contacted seller who said they would collect but couldn’t advise when and that I had to be available for 10 hours and would be deducted £11 from my order if I was unavailable for collection. Would not despatch correct item until they have received back even though I provided photograph of incorrect item. Very unhappy customer.

Unfortunately they didn't know when it would be available again if at all. Some times past and I had forgotten about it untill they contacted me to offer it at a reduced price.
