I contacted the seller twice to say that they was a white mark on the cord of the shorts but they have not bothered to get back to me to resolve the matter it’s really spoilt the look of what is a lovely pair of shorts which cannot be worn now for my husbands upcoming holiday .

Seller is misguiding buyers: In the product description it says that these socks are 100% cotton (though it is written with mistake: "100% cotto", while in reality they are only 80% cotton.
100% cotton is the reason I bought them.
Shipping costs make it infeasible to return them, so now I've lost GBP 28.32 on this purchase.
