For the business relationship between Epson and the customer, the following Terms and Conditions of Business in their version valid at the time of contract conclusion shall apply exclusively in connection with purchase and delivery.
 
Deviating, conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions of business shall not become part of the contract even if they are known, unless their validity is expressly agreed to in writing.
 
2 Conclusion of contract
 
1. The goods presented in our Epson outlet store represent a binding offer from us to the customer. All goods are fixed price items. You have the option of choosing between a contract conclusion in buy-it-now format or shopping basket format. In both cases, the contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping basket or the goods selected by immediate purchase by clicking the button Buy Order.
2. The customer accepts Epson Outlet Store Terms and Conditions of Sale by placing the order. In addition, the customer can refer to the data protection guidelines before submitting the order and can take note of their contents. Immediately after sending the order, the customer shall receive a confirmation by e-mail in which the order is listed again. In this e-mail or in a separate e-mail, but no later than upon delivery of the goods, the text of the contract (consisting of the order and the terms and conditions including the cancellation policy) is sent to the customer.
3. Before sending the order, the customer can view and change the data at any time.
 
 
3 Title and Risk of Loss
 
1. Ownership of goods will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of your order.
2. The risk of the goods will pass to you upon delivery.
 
4 Deliveries and services
 
1. Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery will be made to the delivery address in the UK specified by the customer. Delivery shall be made by a transport company commissioned by Epson (UK) Limited. Only deliveries within UK are possible.
2. Customer orders which are placed on a working day before 12:00 p.m. shall be delivered within 1-3 working days if no or no deviating delivery time is specified for the respective goods in our online shop. The delivery time begins with receipt of payment.
 
 
5 Due date, prices, payment and invoice

2. The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
3. The customer agrees to receive the invoices and credit notes exclusively in electronic form.

6 Warranty
 
1. Customers are entitled to warranty rights in accordance with the statutory provisions.
2. Epson also grants customers a standard product warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase for certain main devices. Any guarantees we may have given for certain articles shall be in addition to the claims for defects in the sense of paragraph 1. 7 Right of Withdrawal
 
1. Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal upon conclusion of a distance selling transaction, about which Epson provides information below.
2. This is applicable to consumers, that is, if you are a person acting outside the scope of your business or profession. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty (30) days without giving reasons.
3. The withdrawal period is thirty (30) days from the day on which you or a third party, other than a carrier and designated by you, took possession of the goods.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
 
Consequences of the withdrawal
5. If you withdraw from this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs resulting from your choosing a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
 
6. You must return the goods without delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract to:

In this context, Epson undertakes in particular to use the personal data entrusted to it exclusively in accordance with the contract and for the intended purpose and to take suitable technical and organisational measures to ensure an appropriate level of protection.

10 General information
 
1. We may update or amend these terms at any time without notice to comply with law or reflect changes in our business practices and procedures. Any updates or amendments will be posted on the Epson Marketplace Store and will not affect orders already placed.

    A very competent printer.

    This is a very competent printer. The set up was straight forward, and the printer connected to the computer Wi-Fi on it's own without any trouble. The print and color are excellent and all the features work great. My favorite is the automatic duplex printing which it does without having to manually re load the paper. As a home user, it has all you would ever need, but I thought to go for this as I thought the overall build quality of a printer at this price would be better than buying a cheaper model. I will probably only rarely use the Automatic document feed. Altogether am very pleased with the printer, and look forward to using it for years to come

    NOT THE BEST BUT GOOD PRINT QUALITY.

    I purchased this to replace a fifteen year old + CX6600, Epson has gone backwards in its product design and quality, the CX6600 that this is replacing is by far a better printer to use, easier to set up, and much easier to see, Those who have any type of visual impairment need to avoid this printer, being all finished in a shinny black, controls are difficult to see, the body is very flimsy plastic that's so cheap you are afraid to touch it, the ink cartridges also seem to be very small and expensive. Its only good point to date is the print quality, that is an improvement on my previous printer. Overall i wound NOT recommend this printer. I wish i could find a new CX6600. That printer is hard to beat.

    A truly compact multi-purpose printer / scanner for the home.

    This printer / scanner really does do it all. It functions as a good small office printer, with its automatic document feed and duplex scanning (albeit slow), and the way the feed tray folds away when not in use really makes it much more acceptable. It offers two paper drawers and a back feed as well as a CD printer drawer. It prints envelopes well. Photo print quality is good too, plenty good enough for most ordinary photography use. And it does all this in a space which finds it a place on top of most desks, unlike many of its type. Ethernet connectivity is valued too. Criticisms? It's not that pretty - maybe some more colours? It needs a button on the front to fold away the drawers and screen when not in use. It doesn't do fax (which is all right by me). The ink costs are not as good as ...

    A good home multi-function printer

    Seems much better than its predecessor. I haven't printed photos or on CD's yet but the normal print quality is as I good as the 870 with 3 less coloured inks. The scan quality is good too. Easy to set up. The Case is more compact and more square than the 870 and takes up less space on the worktop. One negative comment would have to be the quality of the plastics. They do seem to be a bit brittle so you need to be carful not to drop anything onto the case and even more careful when transporting it. The inks are expensive but so are most printer inks from their manufacturers. I think I read a negative comment when looking for a printer. I think somebody said that it didn't close the screen and print try when turning off. Just to say that it should. close itself, although it's not 100% ...

    Small home desk version of a big multifunction office printer/scanner. Good: print, scan, automatic feeder, not bad touch screen, looks good, takes minimal space, IOS air print, print to Dropbox/Google Drive/Mail Bad: Too many applications and services to be installed in Mac more or less 6; the tray for the ready prints opens automatically but does not close then you take the print - you need to do it manually - kind of strange to see this on such an advanced device... (had HP Envy 120 which closes tray automatically) Firmware fix ???? EPSON?
