Once opened the box, the mascara was not new. It barely had anything in and had marks on it. Contacted the seller but no reply. I’ll post a photo of it and one next to my old used one. They look the same

Firstly I didn't reply as I was advised by Ebay not to when I contacted them regarding your message. These come into me in boxes of 144 pcs factory sealed straight from the production line and also individually sealed so it is impossible for you to receive one of these mascaras in that condition. If it was from a mix bag from a wholesaler or bought loose there is more of a chance this could be possible. I am a very fair seller.

I have replied to you in an email. Spray vials are not full to the top to allow the spray action and the listing shows each vial in individual photos. These are all sent out new and unused.
