Item was exactly as described and they even included the fasteners to install it even though I didn't need them because we replaced a broken item. This seller was the best!! I’m in the process of fixing my radio and didn’t know which part it was that needed fixed. I also have never bought anything of EBay so I was very hesitant. This seller was so helpful from the very beginning from sending me additional pictures of the product I’d be receiving, to changing the address for me, and refunding me when I figured out it wasn’t the part I needed. When I returned the item I ACCIDENTALLY pressed defective. But it WAS NOT the product worked!

Part arrived with significant scratches and paint chip which were not shown in photos. Mirror still worked and I replaced the scratched “shell” with my old one. Asked for a small discount but was refused…. They did offer to have it returned.

Hello, as per the listing images and the images we sent of the mirror right before we shipped it, there were no flaws in the mirror we sent you. Perhaps you bought another mirror from another seller and got the orders mixed up. A discount was refused because the item we sent had no flaws. Again, you are more than welcome to return it if it is in the condition that it was when it left our facility.
