Item didn't fit all the sizes are different and the zip was broke I told them and they didn't believe me and wouldn't give me a refund even tho I'd bought off them before off my friends eBay they wanted to know her details joke of a company for the sake of 12 pound they have lost of lot of customers and I hope a lot more because of this feed back could of been handled much better but greed got in the way

For me personally it is a bit too bendy and feet are small to be sturdy enough to draw/paint straight lines. But useful you can see through it. I also made one myself from wood/MDF and stuck some felt pads under need it. Packaging could be better as it arrived a bit squashed up. I had a good conversation about this with seller who promised to do better in the future and gave me a small refund on the item.

The Package-just two thin plastic bags, the hairpin came completely broken. The cat's face is damaged, cat's tail is broken. The seller suggested a 30% refund because declining fact that the item was damaged because of poor packaging. I am sure that there is no problems to wrap item in some additional protected layers, even toilet paper or newspaper will do the job, but NO. I think the item was sent broken at the beginning. Order costs 11.87 with postage, please see photos.
