I purchased the item in September. Ebayer cancelled transaction on the same date I won it. I needed more time than the few hours they gave me to pay as I was travelling. I asked them to send it a buy it now option for the price I won the blouse at and they responded just pay for it lady; I notified Ebayer about the situation. I don t want a cancellation on my account. I tried working with them, sent several emails and all I got was a round around. My neutral rating remains the same.
