The back is adjustable which is a nice feature. The seat is hard and less cushioned than it looks and the footstool useless. Head and back cushions have no inner liner and are limp. However, at £109 you expect poor quality to a point. I expect that after 24 hours testing I will give it away, but it will suit someone who is better 'padded' than I am. Okay for the price.

Great seller who I now highly recommend and trust. Delivery is more 3-4 days not 2-3 so that needs adjusting.
