Took almost a month to receive item after told had been dispatched, seller stated item lost in post though tracking never changed from “Seller dispatching item”. Was promised dispatch of replacement in 48 hours, still had to chase it up after 10 days. I may have just been unlucky with Chinese New Year falling while trying to resolve the issue. Wasn’t impressed with item, may have been sent wrong one, though as tossed packing assuming that was just the item, nothing more could be done.
