I particularly wanted this model of the Tefal Actifry which has been out of production for several years now, so was delighted to see an "as new" example available from this seller. Transaction went through without a hitch, quick delivery, well packed, good price. Only criticism was my request for communication before the purchase (to ensure it was the correct model) was ignored. Otherwise would recommend without hesitation.

Printer arrived and the mains plug had a pin missing so I contacted the seller who said it must have happened in transit although there was no pin in the box and the item was well packaged. They apologised and reimbursed me the price of a plug so that I could buy one. Since then I have only managed to make the printer print once after multiple attempts connecting it to my phone AND laptop using the hp app and various other apps. It is useless!
