The product arrived on time. I had a problem installing the driver under Windows 7. Under Windows 10, this device is detected immediately. For Windows 7 - I had to borrow a similar device. Apart from that, I have no grudge against the Seller because he was in contact with me. And the product is new, unused. I asked for the name of the manufacturer - as well as the website and a request for a driver for Windows 7. I hope that I will also get a good comment.

FALSE ADVERTISING! The ad clearly says "3-Pack", but only ONE tip was sent. Seller claims I only ordered one, but the ad very clearly says "3-Pack", so I expect one 3-pack of tips. I even sent a screenshot of the original ad, showing that it very clearly says "3-Pack", circled it in red, but to no avail. I'm done with this FRAUDULENT seller.
Shipping also was late: ordered Feb 19, 2024 and not delivered until Mar 4, 2024. but that was the carrier's fault, not the seller's fault.
