Very unhappy! Product came badly damaged and seller wouldn’t make good. The packaging was fine, therefore, the item was damaged prior to shipping. The seller had to see the item was damaged but sent it anyway. I asked seller to make good, they would accept a return but not pay shipping. Why should I have to pay anything for a damaged item! I tried to discuss the issue with seller but they didn’t even respond, it appears they don’t care enough to discuss the issue. Overall a bad experience!

Buckle is advertised as 1 3/8". It actually measures 1 1/4" and is too small for the 1 5/16" belt strap I bought it for. If it was 1 3/8" as represented, it would have fit. So, I just wasted ink to print a return label and time and gasoline driving to a crowded USPS office to stand in a long line to return a buckle that was not measured properly. Very aggravating experience. Will not attempt to do further business with this seller. Hopefully, I'll get a prompt refund without further action.
