    I ordered a new chuck for an old drill press. The new chuck looked arrived and looked great. But I ordered the incorrect chuck and it didn't fit. I contacted Cutting Solutions and provided a picture of the old Jacobs chuck and they arranged to send a replacement and a return label for me to send the incorrect chuck back. It was my mistake, but they were very knowledgeable and helpful in getting it resolved quickly.
