Book was probably NM before it was sent out. But despite 2 pieces of corrugated board on either side of book, carrier was still able to fold envelope, stuff it into my mailbox, and ruin condition of book. When brought to Seller's attention, was apologetic and refunded my money and told me to keep the book. Super professional! Would do business with again. Thanks for everything!
