Adds some comfort and support for my lower back when sitting in the car. I hope the air doesn't leak out of the pouch over time. Time will tell.

After trying this for a couple of days I now feel it creates as many problems as it solves. And becomes uncomfortable in itself after a length of time sitting on it, so much so that removing it makes sitting more comfortable again. The plastic adjuster slides from side to side and needs centralising before sitting down, or else I can feel the air pouch isn't central against my back, and mine snapped yesterday after I placed my shoulder weight against it to get comfy though it still works.
