My 2nd Casio scientific calculator! I thought it was time to replace my 1980 Casio fx-3800P pride and joy, which is still in great condition (It cost me £20 back then. That was half a week's wages)! As an engineer, I have used spreadsheets for the past 30 years. However, I need a decent checker and this calculator is perfect. It has all the functions I could possibly require and displays everything far in advance of what I'm used to seeing on a calculator. No doubt I'll be re-checking the instruction book for some of the more advanced functions but even the start-up guide is clear and easy to understand, so that isn't a problem. I would recommend it to anyone particularly at this price.

Good quality scientific calculator; sophisticated but relatively easy to use. The only gripe I have is that some of the alternative function, and in particular the alphabetic labels (located above the keys), are difficult to make out simply because of the colours used for the label text/symbols. Certainly not a major problem, but could easily have been avoided by choosing colours with better contrast. Generally, I'm very happy with it.

Nice machine to use. it requires very little light to operate the solar power. Just a dim light in a room will do. One tiny battery to operate, easy and cost saving.

Just right for GCSE maths, has all the necessary functions. Reliable, easy to use product. Would recommend to anyone needing a calculator for the classroom.
