excellent communication, unfortuinately i wasnt present when the item was sent but postage was fast and issue free in regards to steps to take to get the item and the seller replied to me within hours of me sending him messages regarding resending the item. as it was lost by the courier company . item was fully refunded immediately when we couldnt arrange another address. thankyou very much, very professional and very impressed with this seller, would definately purchase from again!
