The item in regards to build quality and design isn’t the best. The lever to attach / disconnect the vmount battery when in a rig gets in the way of my Sony screen. Of course there are other ways to Mount. But the most convenient way causes problems. The latch should be repositioned.

Item arrived, I wasn't too happy initially with the second hand item being out of stock given this is an auction site. I then wasn't too happy with the customer service though they did end up giving a better discount on a new one which was still more expensive. I just wish the service rendered was more forthcoming given the mistake was there's and not mine. I had to push it out of them. In the end I received what I was after. I hope they get better in this department. The item is good
