A good book getting us eating more veg.
I am not vegan or indeed vegetarian but i love cooking with spices and wanted my family to eat less meat. I have cooked several of the recipes successfully. I have made the veg curry 'pie' twice and it went down brilliantly. It says serves 4 but finished by 2 hungry children. The recipes are healthy as typically use little fat and lots of veg and pulses.
