Things go wrong sometimes and it s the way the seller handles it that makes all the difference.
The magnifying glass arrived (in its original sealed packaging) with a chain about 56cm instead of 80cm so it couldn t do the job as advertised.
Communication with the seller resulted in an offer of a 50% refund which almost covered the cost of an extension chain I d found on eBay. Fine, I m happy.
