I waited for 4 days for the seller to change the shipping fee as agreed before I place the bid. Due to technical reason, he is unable to change the fees. I suggested some alternative methods to make the payment but he is too sensitive and quickly canceled my order. Perhaps he thought I want to scam him or something... Wasted time and caused me trouble of planning my purchases.
