Item was a refurb, not new, and faulty. Seller accepted the return but would not provide return postage. Seller asked me to buy postage and promised to reimburse costs. I paid for the return postage and provided tracking and receipts. The courier service TWICE attempted to deliver. In the end the seller refused to pay and I had to resort to eBay to get my money back after 6 weeks. Very Poor and Disappointing customer service!!
