Parcels are delivered by Royal Mail Service, City Link or Interlink courier. The type of service we use depends on the value & weight of goods being delivered.
Delivery time is generally: 90% of items ordered are sent out next day but some may take 2-3 days to leave us.
If a parcel is lost in transit we allow at least 15 working days before re-sending any item in UK. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in the Royal Mail Delivery Service or couriers but will provide you with details to track your parcel if they are available.
We will re-send an item lost by Royal Mail after we receive confirmation from you in writing that it was not received, this will be after the 15 working day period has passed in the UK and 60 days for overseas.
We will send you a form to complete and sign for non-arrival of goods before the order can be resent or refunded. This will be after 15 working days of non-arrival.
All deliveries by courier require a signature upon delivery. If in the event that no one is home a card will be left. The courier will try again the next day unless you call them to rearrange another day or arrange a collection. After 5 days the parcel will be returned to us. In such an instance we may charge you for the return back to us which will be the shipping cost paid and a redelivery would need to be arranged and paid for. Please check all deliveries on receiving them for breakages. All breakages must be reported to us within 24 hours.

    What a relief from dry eye !!!!!!

    Antibiotics from doctors weren’t really working for me, eye drops seemed to make it worse, my optician suggested alcohol free eye drops, a bit of research came up with with Manuka honey drops, used 3 times a day to begin with , now one drop morning and night, it keeps dry eye symptoms at bay all day ,brilliant!!!

    Rapid relief from dry eye soreness

    I've had dry eyes for a couple of years now. For some reason, my left eye tends to be worse and sometimes just ends up feeling sore, or like I have something in it. This despite using regular eye drops for dry eyes. My opthalmologist suggested I try these manuka honey drops specifically and said many of his patients found them helpful. Yes, they sting like crazy when you first put in just one drop. It feels counter-intuitive to put them in your eye to begin with to be honest! However, after that there is blessed relief. So now I never go anywhere without them. Just in case. I think of them as rapid first aid for my dry eyes.

    Effective

    I have been struggling with the symptoms of dry eyes for at least 6 month. I've used a number of different brands of drops and gels. I would agree these drops do sting but since starting I can definitely feel an improvement. My eyes are less painful and I am using drops less frequently.

    Reduce dry eye symptoms

    These drops have had a therapeutic effect on my dry eyes. They work to reduce the gritty feeling in my eyes. I use them once per day. I also use other eye drops at different times. These drops reduce the level of discomfort. I believe they help with the cause of the problem.

    Worth the money

    I've tried many eye drops as I have dry eye's & Blepharitis & these are fantastic. They sting for a few seconds when dropping them in but then the relief is superb & very long lasting. I now only use these eye drops in the morning & at night instead of all through out the day.
