    It doesn’t do the job

    It has very little wheat or rice inside when you heat it up and put it on your shoulders the wheat or rice whatever is inside all goes down to the bottom of the shoulder bag so you can’t feel any heat around your neck. The reason why l purchased this was so my upper shoulders feel the heat but you can’t feel it because the rice don’t stay there.l have used a wheat bag before and that was just around my neck it was brilliant l used it for a long time but this one is no good.l am dissatisfied with this product.
