Great book for someone looking to learn more about Mr. Hoyne's foray into ship painting. I learned more from 5 minutes of reading this than I thought I would learn from the whole book! Excellent print quality.

This book is a good representation of Americas maritime history in art. It is put together well with good writing accompanying the art. A good deal for the amount I paid, which is far less that bookstore retail.
