After some persuasion I did get the full refund I wanted after the wrong colour item sent and only being offered a partial refund of £1.50. Just be aware that altho a colour drop down bar is offered, I was told this item colour that is sent out is random. Just to add RED wasn't even an option but that's the colour I was sent!!!!
