Bought this item for a gift. Box was dented, watch face cover had been removed, back and side of the watch was scratched, watch certificate not attached to watch and booklet bent. Immediately provided evidence of this to seller but they were adamant it was fine. They agreed to refund for the watch but refused to pay return postage. Would not recommend this seller

We sent brand new item. There was protective film on the item. Everything was included in the box. Buyer has change his mind because he did not like item and tried to find a way to return item for free. We tried our best but did not designed box or the watch.
