I purchase on 3/24 and was delivered on 3/27. I left it in the box till i was ready to install on april 30th. Pulled from box and noticed a electrical clip was broken. I then contacted seller and said they would refund my $. On may 13 i started the return policy. The seller denied the return stating a 30 day limit on returns.
While i do understand the argument, the item was sitting while i installed a different pump that i had to also purchase.
I just want someone to stand behind it.

Unfortunately, we were unaware at the time that the buyer's warranty had already expired. Once the warranty has expired, there is nothing we can do and the buyer's warranty was expired by multiple weeks. If the warranty had not expired, we would've gladly accepted the return for a full refund. Thank you and God bless!
