As an air purifier and a heater, this does the job (though for a small room at best). As a fan, it is pretty weak and noisy, and so not great. Probably the biggest let-down is the atrocious app software and user interface - Philips, please learn from Dyson - my Dyson HP09 was simple to install, easy to connect to the app, and the app was simply delightful to use. This Philips one refuses to connect to the app, the installation experience was awful, and the entire user experience is just poor.

Worst buying experience in 23 years. Only after 9 days, 3 unanswered messages and eBay intervention when I asked for a refund was it dispatched. The seller purports to be the Philips manufacturer. I hope the product is better than this appalling customer service. Are items being sent from Gloucester as stated, or Holland where they're based? Still hasn't arrived.
