Said Grade A opened not used with new charger and strap watch had been well worn as there were 3 adjustment marks on strap battety lasted about 5 hours so couldnt do a days work usung it senr it back got a refund

We always aim to provide our customers with the highest possible customer service and resolve any issues promptly. The listing was for a grade A watch and a new charger and we acknowledged the strap was worn and battery issue so offered new strap and 10% discount but buyer still wanted to return the watch so we emailed buyer a return label, issued full refund, complied with eBay policy + with buyers request wholeheartedly but buyer still left a negative feedback, very disappointed.

What was received, was slightly different to what was advertised ( Sm-r805). Recieved model galaxy watch SM-R800. But its still a nice looking watch, and VGC. (Ps folks this version , dont seem to monitor blood pressure! ). Seller has phoned and asked me nicely! If I would revise feedback, from neutral to positive, and did offer a full refund option resolution.
