Neutral due to communication experience & extended January to March postal estimate = sourcing product elsewhere, while waiting out 2 months no proactive help. Frustrating timeline + service level. The item did not arrive but was marked delivered. We were here on the day it was marked delivered and it was not. The tracking information is Chinese not Australia Post. I have contacted the seller but they keep asking questions I’ve already answered and making nonsense comments. I want a refund so that I can buy the item I need elsewhere.
