As advertised, based on how the rubberbands were this seemed to be a NOS item not brand new. Hopefully it will last because it was a real pain to put in. Also the 'packaging' was the item just wrapped in bubble wrap with a label, no bag or box or anything. It did ship out quickly though and the price was good and it was exactly as pictured. So I guess overall okay? But maybe look into buying poly mailers or even re-using an old Amazon package
