Great Workout
I'm always looking for new ways to stay in shape besides the usual exercises. This DVD is fun and you get to learn at your own pace. The music is really good and the instructor explains and shows each move to make. I felt abit awkward at first to be honest but it's been about 2 weeks and I'm more confident in the moves and my ability to do them. easy, good price, nice music
Like, easy.. Is a good tool for learn on the home a dance for fill sensual and beatiful. A good idea for a gift for a couple, for a girl that the mother no have time to go to the academy dance so teach on home using herselve as a teacher.

great dvd have back problems this helped take it easy when you start helps with looseing up lower back and neck builds up belly and back and neck this is for everyone i am a man it really helped with my very bad back neck doctor said it helped agreat deal

it show u in a way u can make the steps quickly i wish it has more steps but is k,, it has differents performance u can get an idea to make one really easy to follow

Nice disc for beginners
I like how the instructor leads you through the basic moves necessary for belly dancing. I practice the short workout she gives at the end ofthe disc. And I think it is a good start to help you move on to a higher level. After this I am planning to look for belly dancing classes.
