Item returned 'Not as described' These are Dusk - Dawn bulbs but are also only sound / motion activated, It does not state this in the listing. I required Dusk to Dawn bulbs to illuminate an area all night, hence of no use in my requirement. Arrived very poorly packaged in their retail boxes (light cardboard) in a plastic bag. Seller even suggested that a fault in their description was my error and that I keep the product and get discount on further purchases. No thank you!!

Contacted seller who replied it was "glossy black" and offered £1 rebate, which was a bit cheeky, as it is CHROME - there is no such thing as "glossy black" in their eBay ad.
