They got the item back but I still haven’t received my refund. I have contacted this company multiple times and no response. I am with 3 and they use VoLTE for their 4G network. Vodafone have blocked this on certain IMEI numbers , so unfortunately I couldn't make calls in or out . I alerted the company who apologised and asked me to return it for a refund . They were unaware of the problem ,as 3 have only just disabled their 3G network..
