Item arrived folded in half & damaged by postal service due to the packaging having no signage to say 'do not bend' or fragile. Sent photo evidence of this damage & inadequate packaging, then asked for refund or replacement asap as this was a mother's day gift. Seller did not respond quickly & then offered only a partial refund. I opened a case but was asked to send item back when it had already been sent to recycling. There seller has not provided a refund or a replacement. Ebay has not helped.

The card is beautiful and my friend will love it! Such a shame the postman decided to cram it through my letter box and put two large creases down it! I'm hoping I can straighten them out! You had "photo" on the front but maybe you need to put a large red sticker on it, "Saying Do Not Bend". Pity!
