Very good seller who issued an unexpected small partial refund after I lost a few screws to the PO sorting room floor. They arrived in a PO plastic bag with a PO apology. Only told Jones DIY as feedback on packaging but as I had not lost that many and had enough for the job it was all fine in any case.
