The seller was very proactive prior to my purchase and his communication was excellent. However, all six items were defective upon arrival. I contacted the seller twice over the following three days but did not receive the courtesy of a response, which is the reason for the negative feedback. I understand that things sometimes go wrong but I can't accept being ignored when they do, especially when the communication prior to that point was so good. The seller is ignoring me and this is the price!
